And while the images of his wake will eventually diminish, we will remember the strength and composure his longest and last life partner Zsa Zsa Padilla showed. She herself said she was buoyed by the support she got from fans, yes, but also those especially near and dear to her.
And it is worth mentioning that it was Karylle, Zsa Zsa's daughter by her former husband, who drowned out the echo of the past to lend her mom love and support when it was most needed.
The forgiving daughter
Indeed, Karylle has always been known to be kind, sympathetic, understanding and compassionate. She has been described by those close to her as a generous daughter, sister, friend.
