Roberto Seña, son of international performers Robert
Seña and Isay Alvarez, wants to move away from his parents' shadow. For
starters, the She's Only Sixteen lead vocalist chose indie-rock, a music
genre different from that of his parents'.
"They are very supportive. They are just happy for me. They give me
advice on how to take care of my voice and stuff," Robert told Yahoo!

at Centerstage recently.Roberto, a.k.a. Seña to friends and fans, is understandably proud of his parents, who played important roles in the hit musical "Miss Saigon." But he doesn't want to bank on their popularity.
No comparison
"It would be cheap of me to do that as a clutch, to make myself famous. I don't think there should be any comparison because it's different. They're stage performers, they act. I can't dance, I can't act. I don't think I sound like my parents," he said.
Roberto joined the She's Only Sixteen band on a whim.
